Charity Auction:
Ivan Lam will be putting up the painting entitled "3 Buses (I kept my end of the bargain how about you)" for auction.
The work is the second half of a piece entitled "3 Buses" which was auctioned at Christie’s Hong Kong in May 2008 for HKD120,000 (RM60,000). A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this work will be chanelled towards a charity for children in the city (Nur Salam Home). Nippon Paint will also re-paint the home as part of their CSR program.
The auction will run online from 9am on Thursday 13th August 2009 - 6pm on Tuesday 15th September 2009 and the winning bidder will be notified thereafter.
